Owner's Description

Villa Rosa is set in large private grounds with its own 10x5 pool and a large patio area. Large iron gates open onto the drive leading to the front of the property.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The large living dining room has an open log fire and doors leading to the patio area and pool. There is also a fully equipped and compact kitchen, and one bathroom with bath and shower overhead.

You will find a small local supermarket and pub restaurant within walking distance. Grandella beach, a little stoney cove with a restaurant and house, is a 5 minute drive away. Arenal beach, which is a larger sandy beach with more restaurants and shops, is a 10 minute drive away. You will also find tennis clubs, cinema and various water activities at Arenal beach.

Locally, they have variable local market days, theme and water parks and a safari park within driving distance. Details supplied upon booking.

Javea has three main areas; the old town, the port and the Arenal.

Airports - Alicante 45min drive, Valencia 55mins.
