Our apartment is on the ground floor and just 25 metres from the beach. It has a nice front garden with a barbeque on the right and a big sun umbrella on the patio.
It has a living room with satellite TV and the possibility of an extra two sleeping places, and new kitchen area with marble tops. There are three bedrooms, of which two are double and one twin. There is one bathroom (with a bath tub) where there is a door leading to a veranda which houses a washing machine and clothes hanging facilities.
The apartment is situated in a small village called Sa Rocca Tunda in the borough of San Vero Milis, about 20 minutes drive from the city of Oristano. Near the house there is an Oasis where it is usual to see Flamingos during the spring/early summer.

The beach is several kilometres long and whilst walking along it, it is possible to see a pine wood which includes one of the best golf courses in Europe.
The apartment is a just a 30 minute walk from a Turistic beach with facilities such as boat hire, speed boat hire, surfing school, various bars and restaurants and a few clubs. It is also possible to take a boat which escorts you to the island of Maldiventre which is part of the Sinis natural reserve.
Within a 20 minute drive you can visit the world famous Peninsula of Tharros, where you will find the remains of the ancient city, some of the jewels and remains of which are displayed in the British Museum.
