through full width patio doors, the dining area can comfortably accommodate six
people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.
Mster Bedroom
Overlooking the pool, the master bedroom has a Queen size bed with carved wooden
headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock/radio
and remote control cable television. A built-in closet provides ample additional
storage space.
The en-suite bathroom, with power shower, is smartly fitted out with matching towels
and provides direct access to the pool area.
Bedrooms 2 & 3
One double bedded and one twin bedded, each with matching headboards, drawer units
and bedside cabinets, reading lamps and remote control cable television. The
built-in closets in each room, again provide ample additional storage space.
Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3 is the second bathroom which is tastefully decorated
with co-ordinated towels and fittings and has both shower and bath facilities.
The villa is finished off with co-ordinated window dressings throughout and the home
offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Pool
The screened pool accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio
table and chairs - the ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying
open views to orange groves at the rear of the home.
Sun loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Florida
sunshine.
Garage / Laundry Area
Accessible internally via the lounge, the garage is at your disposal for private
parking.
Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including washing machine,
tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort
of the home - local calls are free (ideal for ordering take-away meals!), and
phone cards can be used for longer distance calls.
